Hello and welcome to live match coverage of the Premier League fixture between Leicester City and West Ham United at King Power Stadium.
WEST HAM (3-5-1-1): Darren Randolph; Issa Diop, Angelo Ogbonna, Aaron Cresswell; Pablo Zabaleta, Robert Snodgrass, Declan Rice, Mark Noble, Arthur Masuaku; Manuel Lanzini; Sebastien Haller.
LEICESTER SUBS: Danny Ward, James Justin, Wes Morgan, Wilfried Ndidi, Marc Albrighton, Demarai Gray, Kelechi Iheanacho.
WEST HAM SUBS: David Martin, Fabian Balbuena, Winston Reid, Carlos Sanchez, Pablo Fornals, Michail Antonio, Albian Ajeti.
The hosts come into this clash having won seven of their previous 12 matches in the Premier League, keeping four clean sheets in that time. Rodgers’ side have, however, experienced back-to-back defeats against Southampton and Burnley, which has seen them fall six points behind second-placed Manchester City, albeit with a game in hand. West Ham, meanwhile, have lost four of their last six games on the road. The Hammers currently sit one place above the relegation zone on goal difference, but a win will see David Moyes’ team climb up to 15th.
The teams are out, and kick-off will soon be upon us here at King Power Stadium.
Leicester come into this clash looking to bounce back and regain some form having suffered a 2-1 defeat to Burnley last time out in the Premier League. West Ham, meanwhile, will be looking to build on Saturday's 1-1 draw with Everton.
The home side will be delighted with their first-half display and will look to continue in much the same fashion after the restart. West Ham have failed to cope with the pace of both Barnes and Pereira, with the wide areas being an avenue that Leicester will look to continue targeting after the restart. The Hammers, on the other hand, will drastically need to improve from an offensive standpoint if they are to get anything from this game. Haller has looked far too isolated for most of the match, while Lanzini has barely seen any of the ball thus far.
Leicester host Chelsea in their next Premier League match but, before then, have an FA Cup fourth round clash with Brentford and travel to Aston Villa for the second leg of their EFL Cup semi-final. West Ham, meanwhile, host West Bromwich Albion in the FA Cup before returning to league action against Liverpool.
That brings an end to our coverage of the Premier League fixture between Leicester City and West Ham United at King Power Stadium. Thank you very much for joining us. Goodbye!
